Rogue Skies: Quinton Fletcher

So I decided to enter into the *Rogue-Skies's OCT (how could I say no to steampunk ) and created a new character Quinton Fletcher. Since I'd been working on his design for a couple weeks, I wanted to upload what I have done so far at least, which is why the lines are still sketchy and the color's sloppy. As I finish the rest of my character reference sheet, I'll be updating this along with a biography here.

Name: Quinton Fletcher
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Height/Weight: 6’2” / 127 lbs.
Occupation: Freelance Inventor
Fighting style: Using his wheeled shoes, Quinton is able to attack or dodge more swiftly. The skills he gained as an acrobat greatly influence his movement and reflexes. For offensive attacks, he “breathes” fire using the torches/blowlamps that are strapped to his leg and vials flammable liquid. If necessary, he will start the engines on his shoes, which will cause the wheels to accelerate for a brief moment. Quinton normally does not use this option because unless he’s carrying a water tank or is near a source of water, it can only be used once. It also has a 16.8% fail rate.
Weapons: Handheld blowlamps, vials of flammable liquid.
Personality: Neurotic, eccentric, and timid. In the presence of unknown people Quinton is easily stressed and becomes overanxious; his speech comes out distorted in stutters until he can calm himself down. He does his best to avoid contact with strangers, who generally view Quinton as an idiot. He values hard work and honesty-qualities he likes about himself. A man of his word, Quinton does his best to never break a promise. At times he can be very trusting of others and other times not. It is very difficult for Quinton to express himself so he prefers to delve into work instead.
He is normally seen with a frown and a furrowed brow.
History: Born into a troupe of performers, Quinton was raised to be an entertainer from an early age. Despite his gangly body, he displayed a natural grace and flexibility; acrobatics became his specialty. Around the age of ten he witnessed the fireworks display of another troupe and became fascinated with pyrotechnics. He studied the subject intensely, collecting tomes on the subject from each city they visited. His research led him to machinery and the concept of steam power. After many attempts Quinton finally invented a functioning handheld blowlamp, which led to his fire breathing act.
Upon arriving at Clockwork City, Quinton was easily impressed by the inventions and mechanical machines around. It caused him to question his lifestyle as an entertainer and fuel his desire to be an inventor. When he brought up the topic with the rest of the troupe it was all agreed that Quinton was a promising inventor and that his extreme anxiety to encountering new people prevented him from being a great performer. With long goodbyes, Quinton remained in Clockwork City while the group left.
Alone in the large city, Quinton was befriended by Jonas Caldwell, who was hoping to start out his own business. Realizing that by working together they increased their chances of being successful, they became business partners where Quinton dealt with making the inventions and Jonas finding aristocrats to sponsor them.
Extra Info: When bored or deep in thought Quinton has a tendency to walk using his hands. He is ambidextrous and can even perform some tasks with his feet.
